How long does my order take to ship?

Your pieces are carefully packaged and shipped in 24-72 hours after your purchase. If you purchased out of stock or preorder items, you will be contacted when those items are finished and on their way to you.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We do our best to support and accommodate our international customers. We attempt to ship all over the world. If you are an international customer and we aren’t able to ship to you, we will give you a full refund.

What is your return policy? 

If your piece arrives broken, we will either refund you or send you the same piece free of charge. If you were sent the wrong product, we will send you the piece you ordered and will send a return label for you to return the incorrect product. We do not offer returns or refunds if dissatisfaction with the product is due to slight color, size, or design discrepancies from the website photos. Each piece is hand made and has natural variability.
